Nearly fine condition. With a revised and updated foreword by the author. Black cloth spine with gilt titles and tooling, pictorial paper boards depicting view of Istanbul and the Bosporus c. 1880. Colour plates.
Minimal bumping to base of spine and minimal rubbing to corners. Top edge of textblock slightly dusty. Original brown slipcase has a bumped at one opening corner and very lightly scuffed.
