Almost very good condition in a good dustwrapper. New & Revised Edition. Large format. Blue cloth, gilt titles. B/w photos. A history of design, construction and armament. With Four-Hundred-and-Fifty Plans and b/w photographs.
Boards damp stained & marked. Text block browned. Name & year in ink to front endpaper. Joints professionally strengthened with blue cloth and stitching. Page edges browned. Contents are otherwise clean. Tape marks to dustwrapper flaps and some surface tape remains to rear pastedown. Pictorial dustwrapper is edge-worn and torn with some loss, strengthened at edges with tape, rear panel is grubby.
