Slightly better than very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. First published in 1871, the author's memories extending back to the 1780s. This edition reproduced from the 1891 second edition. Green boards, gilt title to spine. 381 pages includes index.

Spine bumped, very slight fading to cover edges. A few foxspots to edge of textblock else contents fine. Green wrapper is faded to spine and very slightly creased at edges.
