First published under the title Carthage, by Librairie Artheme Fayard in 1992. Translated by Antonia Nevill, introduction by Richard Miles. This translation first published by Basil Blackwell in 1995. The text of this edition follows that of the First English edition, with minor emendations. Grey cloth with gilt & orange title to spine and blocked design to front. Colour plates and b/w diagrams. Book itself is fine. Slipcase is slightly faded to one edge.
