This book celebrates Huntington Library's extraordinary collection of five hundred Edward Weston photographs, all of them selected and printed for the institution by the artist in the 1940s. Published on the occasion of the exhibition of the same name which ran from June 28-October 5, 2003. Edited and with an introduction by Jennifer A. Watts. Large format. Black cloth boards, silver title to spine. B/w photos. 288 pages including index.
Black endpapers have very light scuffing (very minor). Else a beautiful copy. Pictorial dustwrapper is a little scuffed, light fading to top edge of flaps.
