B/w photos and illustrations. vi and 362 pages including index. ISBN: 0300031726. Base of spine and corners lightly rubbed. Diagonal crease to prelims. Title page is a little grubby with imprinting of ink from facing frontis. Contents clean. Pictorial dustwrapper is worn at corners and is scuffed, remains of label to lower edge of rear panel.
