Very good condition in a good dustwrapper.
Beige cloth, black titles and black/green vignettes to spine and front. 6 b/w plates. 287 pages. 7.5 x 5". Spine bumped. Endpapers very lightly browned. Covers and contents beautifully bright and clean. Wrapper is edge chipped with loss, patch of loss to top of spine and corners of panels, small patch of loss to centre of rear panel. 2" closed tear to top of spine and 3" closed horizontal tear to centre of rear panel. Wrapper not as bad as it sounds!

Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper.
Red cloth with black titles to spine and front cover. B/w illustrations throughout. 256 pages. Spine slightly bumped. Fox spots to prelims and outer page edges. A bright copy in dustwrapper which is edge rubbed with a couple of small closed tears and slight chipping to corners. Large closed tear to top edge of rear panel continuing to spine, leading to some loss (1" x 0.5") to surrounding area of spine. Small patch of loss to top corner of front panel. Slight marking to rear panel. A nice copy of the 2nd edition.

Light grey cloth, blue titles and vignette of girl to spine. Four b/w plates. 255 pages. Spine bumped. Slight darkening to cover edges. Erased pencil name to front endpaper. Some light foxing and fingering to page margins. Dustwrapper is worn and creased with 2 x 1" loss to lower edge of front panel, some darkening at edges and grubby on rear panel and spine. Tape repairs on verso of dustwrapper edges.

Wrapper is just slightly edge chipped, but otherwise complete. Some small closed tears to outer edges, 1" closed tear to spine. Brown paper reinforcements to outer edges of verso. Overall, wrapper is grubby with small stain to front panel. Still a desirable copy of a very scarce wrapper.
