Large format. Cream cloth spine with green title, green paper boards. 12 exquisite tipped-in colour plates, mounted on captioned paper with borders. Lovely b/w illustrations (full-page and text). 185 pages. Top edge green. Bumping and wear to spine, corners and cover edges. Some uneven fading to covers. Some foxing throughout. All plates present. Wrapper is edge-creased and worn, with a little surface paper damage to rear panel.

Presented In Eight Pen Designs by Walter Crane. Signed Limited Edition of 650 copies, 600 of which are for sale. Engraved and printed by Duncan C. Dallas. Very large format. 14.75 x 11.5" approx. Green cloth with gilt titles and vignettes. Plates are mounted on thick card with paper guards. No text. Copy no: 10. Spine and corners bumped with wear. Some foxing and a few small marks to covers. Front joint cracked, rear joint starting to crack. Light corner crease to both endpapers, title page and signature page. Some foxing and browning to contents. Foxing to first plate and just a couple of fox spots to second plate.

One volume of 'The Plays of William Shakespeare in thirty-seven volumes'. First title page after half-title: 'The Comedies Histories & Tragedies of William Shakespeare'. Large format. Illustrated with 6 beautiful watercolour illustrations by Rackham. Cloth backed decorative boards. 74pp uncut. Top edge gilt. 13" x 9". Limited to 1950 numbered copies. This is copy 1187 of 1950. Boards beautifully clean and bright due to the presence of the glassine dustwrapper which is edge worn, creased and worn to spine with loss. All plates present, some pages still uncut.
Dark blue cloth, gilt vignette and title to front cover, gilt title to spine. Top edge blue. 40 very pretty colour plates. 170 pages. Large, heavy format (10.5 x 8"). Spine and corners are bumped and worn. There are some marks to the covers and some foxing to the spine. Joints cracked. Endpapers lightly browned/foxed. Some page browning and foxing to the contents. Plates all present and in excellent condition, 1 just has a very small white mark to the lower edge (printing error?).
Green cloth, gilt titles and decorations. Brown pictorial endpapers. Colour plates with tissue-guards and b/w illustrations. 323 pages. Bumping and wear to spine and corners. Spine darkened with a couple of white spots near top. Covers slightly grubby. Large school presentation plate to front pastedown. Some foxing throughout. Top corner of many pages lightly bumped. All plates present, dark marks to borders of some plates (printing error?).

Spine bumped at top and tail with very slight wear, corners very slightly rubbed. Spine very slightly browned. Name plate to front pastedown. All plates present and in fine condition. Foxing otherwise contents clean. This copy would make a wonderful gift.

Bumping and wear to corners. A few light marks to covers. Name in ink to front pastedown and to verso of half- title page. Both joints cracked. Some light fingering otherwise contents clean. One plate partially detached leading to the very tip of one corner being torn else plates are in fine condition.
An introduction to the study of Shakespeare for the young reader. Introduction by Ainger. Burgundy cloth, gilt title to spine. 368 pages. Spine bumped and rubbed at top and tail. Corners slightly worn. Covers a little marked. Foxing to endpapers. Some pages have ragged edges where they have been roughly opened. Text not affected.

Couple of small pencil marks to rear cover. Covers a little grubby. Couple of hinges a little cracked. Foxing to endpapers otherwise contents generally clean.

Dustwrapper is edge worn with some creasing, rear panel slightly grubby, front flap creased. Some staining and foxing on verso.
