The book jacket has been carefully protected to keep it in good order, and a plastic bag as part of the packaging would doubtless protect it if left on the door step with rain following. Good afternoon My order of Lancaster at War – 2 was received yesterday, Friday October 7, and I was very impressed with your packaging. The book was place inside a plastic bag, which was placed inside a cardboard slipcase, which was place inside the cardboard shipping wrapper. This has to be the most thoughtful packaging of any book purchased in memory, and praise and complements are in order. I buy a lot of secondhand books on eBay and the internet, but have dropped the practice of writing reviews. This purchase was exceptional. The item was in excellent condition, as described, it was despatched and delivered promptly and the packaging was outstanding. I’ve been dismayed many, many times by getting books wrapped in nothing but a thin plastic cover. Without exception the book inside will have bumps. Not so in this case. The book was in excellent condition. Thank you.
