Good afternoon, I am writing this email because only yesterday evening we have opened the parcel we have received from you with the Yellow Fairy Book I bought as a gift and an addition to my husband's collection. I rarely bother to write a letter or an email to praise someone's excellent service but I certainly have to make an exception as me and my husband, we were both impressed with the packaging and how many thoughts have gone into making sure that it will come to us in an excellent condition. The book was so carefully wrapped. I just felt like someone was thinking of it as a gift for us rather than just an order that has to be packed and posted to some customer. Thank you very much. Hi there, Just to let you know I received my books "Glencoe and Culloden" this morning. Must congratulate you on the packaging - best I have ever seen - must have taken ages to wrap! Dont know if you will believe me but it took 10 minutes to unwrap the layers (carefully of course). Books are lovely, immaculate, as new, I will enjoy reading them.

The most carefully packed book I have ever received, and I have received quite a few over the years. The book jacket has been carefully protected to keep it in good order, and a plastic bag as part of the packaging would doubtless protect it if left on the door step with rain following. I would love to visit Stella and Rose's bookshop - a treasure trove overseen by book lovers.

The book was place inside a plastic bag, which was placed inside a cardboard slipcase, which was place inside the cardboard shipping wrapper. This has to be the most thoughtful packaging of any book purchased in memory, and praise and complements are in order. I buy a lot of secondhand books on eBay and the internet, but have dropped the practice of writing reviews. This purchase was exceptional. The item was in excellent condition, as described, it was despatched and delivered promptly and the packaging was outstanding. I’ve been dismayed many, many times by getting books wrapped in nothing but a thin plastic cover. Without exception the book inside will have bumps. Not so in this case. The book was in excellent condition. Thank you.
