The second part, on Mounts, describes the fittings appropriate to the various types of Japanese sword,k explains the different materials and techniques employed, and enumerates the main schools and styles of sword-furniture makers. Small white mark to rear board else boards bright. Tape marks to endpapers. Text block browned. Contents clean. Pictorial dustwrapper is lgithly edge-worn, repaired to rear flap fold with yellowed tape, rear panel a little grubby. Musty odour present.
