List of subscribers in Vol I. Pagination: Vol I xxxii + 340 pages; Vol II 370 pages. Inscriptions in ink to front endpapers. Corners bumed and worn. Top and tail of spines bumped and rubbed. Covers slightly scuffed. Contents very good.
