With a prelude by Richard Wagner. Translated into English by Margaret Armour. 34 beautiful tipped-in colour plates, covered with captioned tissue-guards. Text in a play format. Bumping and wear to spine and corners. Some uneven fading/marks to covers, with scuffing. Inscription in ink to front endpaper, which also has some corner creasing. Light corner crease to frontis, other plates are fine! Some foxing and browning.
