Large format. Green cloth boards, gilt title to spine and vignette to front. 7 superb colour plates and folding map to rear. 1042 pages. Deckle-edged. Light marks to endpapers (minor). Contents clean. Front flap of dustwrapper sports '1965' in blue ink to top. Dustwrapper slightly faded at spine and slightly scuffed to side of onlay.
