Colour plates & b/w photos. Edited by Kirkman & Hutchinson with contributions by others. xii and 428 pages. Edges rubbed, boards marked. Inscriptions in ink to front endpaper and top corner of same removed. Text block browned and grubby. Some foxing present. All plates present with some foxing to margins.

Bookplates to front pastedowns. 12cm split to one side of spine from top to volume 1. Spines faded. Corners worn. Occasional foxspot to contents.
