Large paper edition. Three-quarter dark blue leather binding with raised bands, gilt title and decoration to spine. Dark blue boards with gilt title to front. Marbled endpapers. xxi + Errata page + 364 pages + 263 pages. Includes list of subscribers. Numerous b/w photos and illustrations. Contents detached from covers but otherwise tight, foxing to endpapers but generally clean and bright. Corners a little worn.
