Very good condition in a good dustwrapper.
Light brown cloth with gilt title to spine. Poems on the Fire and Rebuilding of London 1666-1709. A few marks to covers. Page edge browning. Wrapper has top corner of front flap cut off; rest of wrapper is browned and grubby; a few large closed tears; small tear hole to front panel.
