forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one by following the instructions below:-
1) Click on the blue 'login' button, located towards the top right of our website as shown in the image below
2) A pop-up window appears. Click on the text link 'Forgot password', located at the bottom left of the pop-up window as shown in the image below
3) Enter your registered email address and click the 'Continue' button. We will then send you an email with a link that will enable you to create your new password.
A confirmation message appears on screen when we have sent you the email, as shown below
4) Open the email we have sent you and click on the link provided. This link will take you to a new page on our website where you can create your new password - see image below. Enter your email address, and then your new password (twice) and click the 'reset password' button.
5) Once you have created the password, you will be able to login as normal.
