Slightly better than very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. Reproduction of the 1876 original. A justly famous study in aesthetics, a landmark in the history of the Victorian style, and an invaluable source book for fine artists and graphic designers today. Large format. Colour illustrations.

Light rubbing to lower edge of boards. Tiny closed tear to vertical edge of front endpaper (alongside a minor crease). Contents clean. Pictorial dustwrapper is lightly faded to spine with a closed tear to either side at top edge (no loss), edge worn and lightly scuffed to rear panel.
