Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. A sympathetic story of Victorian family life offering fascinating glimpses of the theatrical world. Beige cloth boards, gilt title on red title block to spine.

Boards lightly mottled. Top edge of text block lightly browned. Endpapers lightly browned else contents clean. Price-cut pictorial dustwrapper is a little grubby and is browned to verso. A scarce item at the time of cataloguing.
