Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper. Hua Ma's early life was on the plains of Central Asia, he was captured and broken in and there began a series of travels and adventures. Pale blue cloth covers with gilt titles to spine. B/w and two tone illustrations. 178 pages.

A little bumping to spine and corners. Some browning/foxing to cover edges. Light browning and some foxing to endpapers. Contents clean. Dustwrapper is edge worn, torn and chipped. A little browning to spine, folds and flap edges.

  • Hua Ma is a small pony whose early life was spent roaming the plains of Central Asia in one of the herds of wild horses. He was captured and broken in and there began a series of travels and adventures which brought him to the West, to America and Britain. After having been adopted by an English family he was lost and spent some time in a circus before being found again by the same family whom he joined as a children's mount.
