Very good condition.
Introduction by Christopher Fletcher. Dark blue cloth with silver & black blocked design to front board. Silver title to spine. B/w illustrations. 243 pages. Tiny, minor stain to vertical edge of text block, browning to top edge of text block (does not affect contents). Else a lovely copy, contained in publisher's slipcase which is very lightly scuffed.
