Published by University Of Wales Press. 1st. 1975
Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. The aim of this study is to examine and evaluate the importance of the Welsh contribution to the great body of literature which has grown up around the mystic symbol known as the Grail. The legend of Peredur provides the greater part of the material for it is by means of a thorough analysis of Peredur and its relation to the Perceval romances that most of the evidence is derived. Black cloth boards, gilt title to spine.
Top & tail of spine and rear corner bumped. Tiny white mark to top front edge of board. Text block browned. Pencil erasure mark to front endpaper. Contents clean. Orange dustwrapper is rubbed at corners, lightly creased and a little grubby.
