Edited and introduced by Gordon McVay, Foreword by Zinovy Zinik. Red cloth spine with gilt title, orange paper boards with repeating pattern. Colour plates. xxiv and 480 pages. Faint stain to spine. Top edge of text block lightly grubby. Else contents fine. Contained in publisher's slipcase which is lightly shelf-scuffed.
