Almost very good condition. Robert Fagles' translation of The Iliad. Introduction and notes by Knox. Brick red leather spine with gilt title, beige cloth boards with blocked design. Colour plates. Top edge red. lxxxv and 596 pages.
Pages 114-115 pulled wide apart exposing stitching and spine behind but still tight (Guessing a binding error). Also lower gutter edge of page 102-103 has small (less than 0.5" split). Boards and contents themselves are lovely. Contained in publisher's slipcase which has some light scuffing and wear to open corners.
