The author charts the development of four wheel drive from its evolution with the first Spijker brothers' model of 1902 right up to the latest models coming off the production line at the time of writing. Red cloth boards, gilt title to spine. B/w photos. 254 pages including index. ISBN: 085614066X. A few minor foxspots to top edge of text block. Contents clean. Dustwrapper is edge-creased, a few marks to rear panel, spine lightly faded, minor fading to front panel (hard to spot!).
