Nearly fine condition. The 'Leader' class of steam locomotives was one of the most controversial projects in the history of Britain's railways. Designed by Oliver Bulleid originally for the Southern Railway, the prototype was not completed until after Nationalisation and the project was abandoned under the new regime amidst a welter of negative publicity.
