Very good condition in a slightly better than good dustwrapper. Josephus E. Dodo - the living proof that the dodo is not extinct - sails with a Very Important Professor to the island of Solitaire where all the dodos live separately in a bog tree. Glazed pictorial boards. Delightful and bright colour illustrations.
Spine and corners bumped. Couple of small bumps to board edges. A little bubbling to endpapers. Glue showing through rear endpaper. Pages wrinkled but no sign of damp. Pictorial dustwrapper is edge worn and creased with several tears, some of which have been mended on verso with clear tape. Spine is browned. A little foxing to flaps.
