Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. It all starts when 18-year-old Lucy meets the attractive, lame Yorkshire girl, Clarinda Thorpe, in Hyde Park.... Brown boards, gilt title to spine. 175 pages. B/w text illustrations.

SIGNED by the author to front endpaper. Spine and corners bumped. Contents clean. Dustwrapper is just a little edge rubbed and grubby to spine.
