Almost very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper. The fascinating story of Beatrix Potter with 4 colour and other b/w plates. Green cloth, gilt title to spine, black title to front.
Spine and corners bumped. Couple of small bumps to board edges. Heavy browning to part of half title and last page of appendix. Light vertical crease to prelims. Light browning to page 84 possible from newspaper clipping. A few foxspots otherwise contents generally clean. Wrapper is browned and grubby. Edge worn, chipped and a little creased. Browning to verso. Reprint from same year as first.
