This book is primarily concerned with the new designs of Gresley teak-bodies carriages that were introduced between 1923 and 1931, but built in quantity until the early part of World War 2 and forming the vast majority of LNER-built carriages. Large format. Light brown boards with dark brown/red title to spine. B/w photos and diagrams. 192 pages.
Bump to one edge of front cover. Page edge browning. Wrapper is edge-creased with some fading to edges.
