He found himself in Little Weirwold and takes some time to adapt to the quiet of the countryside and Tom Oakley the old man with whom he lodges. Winner of The Guardian Children's Fiction Award. Dark green boards, metallic title to spine. 304 pages.
Spine and corners bumped. Top and bottom of cover edges also a little bumped. A few light marks to boards. Front joint is cracked. Couple of marks to edge of text block otherwise contents are clean. Pictorial wrapper is price-cut and a little edgeworn with a small page of surface paper damage to top of spine.
