Almost very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper. Observers book No. 1. Brown cloth with black titles to spine and front. Describing two hundred and twenty-six species with 200 illustrations, 100 of which are in full colour.
Printer's code 348.543.Spine and corners a little bumped. Several hinges cracked leaving the binding feeling a little loose. Name and date in ink to front endpaper. Endpapers slightly browned. Some foxing to page edges. Dustwrapper is edge worn and chipped with a couple of small tears. Couple of creases to rear panel. Wrapper is grubby.
