Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper. The story of two gipsy children who escape from a German prison camp and wander off through the devastated countryside until they reach France and hide themselves in the depths of a great forest. Black cloth spine with gilt title, light grey boards. 112 pages. B/w chapter headers.
Spine and corners slightly bumped. Endpapers partly browned. Tobacco smell to contents. Dustwrapper is slightly edge chipped and foxed.
