Large heavy format. Black cloth boards, gilt title to spine. Colour & b/w illustrations. vii and 328 pages including index. ISBN: 0300102372. Slight bumping to top & tail of spine and corners. Text block a little grubby. Title page is grubby with imprinting from ink on facing frontis at edges. Else contents clean. Black pictorial dustwrapper is lightly worn at edges, a little scuffed and some foxing to verso.
