Nearly fine condition in a very good dustwrapper. The history of the railway that ran from Hereford through such places as Moorhampton, Eardisly, Whitney, Hay-on-Wye, Glasbury and Three Cocks on its way to Brecon is an extremely complex story of politics and ambition with several railway companies competing for what they estimated to be potential traffic, and thus revenue. Large format. Red boards, gilt title to spine. B/w photos.

Dustwrapper is a little grubby and has a small closed tear at lower front edge with creasing.
