Red cloth with gilt titles. With Map. 64 pages of advertisements to rear. New red spine, with gilt titles (old spine is still inserted loosely into book). Heavy wear to edges, with some scuffing to covers. Some foxing. A few small pencil annotations to margins. Map is present, but very fragile!

Bevelled edges. B/w frontis to volume one. Volume one top of spine is fraying with a little loss of cloth. Inscriptions in ink to prelims. Joints splitting and therefore binding fragile but holding. A few damp stains to margins.
