Brown decorated cloth, gilt title label to spine and gilt title and vignette to front cover. Cream endpapers. B/w plates. 256 pages, all edges gilt. Spine and corners bumped. Prize plate and a small booksellers sticker to front pastedown. Some foxing.

Almost very good condition.
Hot air balloon voyages. Half-leather binding. Black cloth boards, Dark green leather spine with raised bands, gilt titles and vignettes. All edges gilt. 6 tissue-guarded chromoliths. 117 b/w wood engravings plus 15 diagrams or charts. 612 pages. Text in French. Leather spine is nice and bright with small spot of damage to lower half. Covers a little scuffed. Binding is tight. Original paperwraps bound in. Scattered foxing throughout. Pages 277-382 have a light damp stain to lower margin inside edge. Text block gilt lovely and bright. Reduced from £200.
