Else a lovely set contained in publisher's slipcase which is split along top edges approx 1.5" and 3.5" but is still tight (VG).

Red cloth. Limited to 1000 copies. B/w illustrations. Valentine Morris was born in the island of Antigua in 1727 but lived for 30 years at the Piercefield, part of which is now Chepstow racecourse. Very slight rubbing to cover edges. Pale foxing to endpapers and textblock. Dustwrapper is a little grubby and has a couple of small tears at edges.
