This is a well loved edition and the pages are quite grubby in places.

Beautiful plates that have captioned page guards. Spine browned and worn with fraying to top & tail. Boards are grubby. Text block browned. Joints cracked but binding tight. SIGNED by John Greenaway and number 275 (?) of 500. Some minor foxing and age related marks presnt. All plates present. Plate on page 88 has a repaired closed tear which does not affect the actual illustration. Plate and tissue guard facing page 166 is creased at edges with a few tiny closed tears.
