Very good condition in a good dustwrapper.
Continuing the the story of the Little Grey Men who find themselves as refugees when they receive the appalling news that their beloved Folly is drying up and they must move at once. Fully illustrated with exquisite water-colours and fascinating little b/w sketches. 16 colour plates. Green cloth, gilt title to spine. 200 pages. Wonderful! Spine and corners slightly bumped. A couple of tiny, light spots to spine. Inscription in ink to front free-endpaper. Some light foxing to endpapers. Top edge of textblock is dusty and foxed. Price-cut wrapper is edge worn, torn and creased with 1" loss to top of spine (and spine edge of front panel), minimal loss to base of spine.

A story for the young in heart. Cream boards, red titles. Colour frontis plate, b/w illustrations. 255 pages. 7.5 x 5". Fourth printing. Spine and corners slightly bumped. Inscription in pencil to front free-endpaper has been erased but leaves impressions of the writing. Two page corner tips are slightly creased. One hinge is slightly cracked. Some foxing to front endpapers. Price-cut wrapper is edge rubbed and creased, faded to spine with some loss at top.

A Ballad. Brown cloth boards with bevelled edges, no title to spine, gilt title to front with vignette. Floral endpapers. Colour plates. Corners of boards rubbed and worn, boards browned. Front joint has been amateurishly repaired with glue. Contemporary inscription in ink to verso of front endpaper. Joints pulled. Foxing and age related marks throughout. Binding is holding but feels fragile to touch.
