Three-quarter black morocco binding, marbled boards, edges and endpapers. Leather worn and chipped. Name in ink to first blank page, pencil shorthand to frontis and title page of vol 1 & 2. Faded writing to title page and ink smudge to first chapter of vol 3 & 4. Else content clean and tight for a book of its age.
