Nearly fine condition in a slightly better than very good dustwrapper.

Introduction by Yury Kuznetsov provides a satisfying backdrop to the superb plates, accompanied by commentaries that offer brief biographies of the artists, the history of each work and much other information that will be of interest to scholars and art lovers. Compiled and annotated by Irene Linnik. Large, heavy format. Peach silk moire boards, gilt title and decoration to spine, embossed decoration to boards. Colour & b/w illustrations. Top edge of text block slightly grubby. Else contents fine. Pictorial dustwrapper is lightly rubbed at corners and lightly scuffed.

Large format. Architecture: Sculpture: Painting: Applied Arts. B/w and colour photos. Cloth at board edges is browned and lightly worn. Endpapers foxed, some foxing to contents. Wrapper is browned and edge creased with some small tears and lifting of laminate.
