'Pictures and stories for little folk'. Red pictorial boards, large format. Grey endpapes. Packed with colour, two-tone and b/w plates and text illustrations, including one b/w doggy illustration by Wain. First story is 'The Snow Man'. Boards worn with pencil marking to rear board. Spine and corners bumped. Contents a little spotted. One colour plate badly creased and tape repaired. One joint cracked. Some colouring to a couple of illustrations. A nice reading copy.

Pictorial dustwrapper has a couple of closed edge-tears, is slightly grubby to rear and the spine is faded.
