One volume contains sections A-D, next volume contains Section E (the catalogue) and third volume contains Supplement No. 4 (Section E, Part 4). Many b/w photos. SIGNED by author to Volume containing sections A-D. This is copy no. 353. Ex-lib. with some old library stamp marks etc. Covers have some uneven fading and a few marks. Foxing to outer page edges; some page browning.
