B/w photos and fold-out plan to rear. 108 pages. ISBN: 0905617444. Covers are lightly rubbed and creased, a little scuffing to rear cover and small label to lower corner. Blob of dried glue visible to gutter edge inside front cover (binding process fault). Top of spine is lightly knocked giving a minor crease to top of gutter edge of contents. Contents are clean.
