Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper. Contains 19 traditional tales and legends, originally published in Fairy Tales from the British Isles. Blue boards with silver titles to spine. 4 colour plates plus b/w text illustrations. 328 pages.
Base of spine bumped, fading to top and bottom edges. Endpapers partially browned, light water stain to bottom edges of front endpapers, erased pencil writing to top. Small brown marks to text block which have affected some page edges. Foxing to top text block edge. Price-cut dustwrapper is edge worn especially to folds, edge of spine and top edge. Spine is faded. Slightly grubby with scratch to centre of front panel.
