Slightly better than good condition. Green cloth spine, gilt titles. Grey boards with green title to front. Delightful pencil sketches of children and their doings.

Spine bumped and browned. Covers very marked and heavy wear to corners. A few b/w photos of a child have been stuck to pages and one to front pastedown. A couple of hinges cracked. Only one tissue guard present and it is torn. Some fox spots and marks to contents including erased pencil writing to one page. Colouring to one small illustration. Light page browning.
