Almost very good condition in a slightly better than good dustwrapper. Childrens Illustrated Classics series. Decorated blue and cream cloth, and endpapers to match. Colour plates and frontis. B/w text illustrations. 246 pages. 8 x 5.5 inches.

Spine and corners bumped. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Ink dots to illustration contents page. Foxing mainly to text block edges and some margins. Dustwrapper is edge worn and chipped. Writing to front flap and rear panel. Spine is browned and panels are grubby.
