SIGNED by the author with dedication and a drawing to title page. Child's name & room number in black pen to front pastedown. Heavy foxing to text block and edge of prelims. Pictorial dustwrapper is edge-rubbed with a closed tear repaired to verso with clear tape so that it is barely visible to rear panel.
The author deals with not only the operations on the Belgian Coast, but with these boats generally in an entertaining way. Blue cloth, gilt title to spine. B/w plates. Boards marked, gilt to spine faded. Browning to text block and endpapers.
