Slightly better than good condition in a slightly better than good dustwrapper. The Around the World Treasures: France. Collected and adapted from the original Perrault by David Stone. Foreward by Noel Streatfeild. Green blue mottled boards with darker green title blocks with gilt titles and vignettes. Patterned endpapers. Colour and b/w illustrations. 192 pages.
Marks to top and bottom of boards. Front joint badly cracked showing webbing beneath. Prelims almost detached. Rear joint beginning to crack. Endpapers lightly browned. Ink mark to side of text block. Pencil scribbles to prelims. Small ink spot to one page. A little light foxing and a few marks to text block edge. Pictorial wrapper is edge worn and torn. Small area of loss to bottom of rear panel which has been untidily mended with pink card and white tape, Wrapper is browned. A few small white marks to top of front panel. Laminate is lifting in several places. Pencil scribble to front flap.
